I have not had the experience yet to have God speak directly to me, but I think last night he sent me a message :D. I had this dream and I wanted to share! My family and I were driving in the middle of nowhere and we would drive these long miles through these rich orange leaves. It was so vivid. The colors were amazing. We would stop and just lay in these leaves and laugh and this light wind would blow by. All around us there was the glow of light. It was a breathtaking scene. I remember waking up during my dream and taking a deep breath in as the breeze was a refreshing feeling. We would just fall right back into those leaves. This dream lasted all night! After processing all of that greatness, I truly felt that God was telling me something: No matter what has been given to you by Me, no one can take it away, but Me. The happiness you feel in your heart when good things are done cannot be stolen. There is beauty all around you given to you by Me, so embrace it, take it in. Smell it, breathe it and live it. So today is a new day and as I stepped outside this morning and the breeze blew back my hair, it was refreshing to know that He walks by my side everyday. It was refreshing to know that yesterday was yesterday because sometimes I forget.
When you take your morning break and that light breeze blows back your hair, let it be a reminder of His love! And depending where you are, you may have to close your eyes and see the orange leaves falling all around you!!!
