That seemed to be the theme of 2010. It came and went. Much like Christmas break, Christmas day, Jamie graduating, Jaxon being 8 months, and J'Lee becoming a little girl. My head is spinning. Now that we have two munchkins running around, our lives have been put in fast forward mode. Have you ever seen that show on Nick Jr. called the Upside Down Show...it's weird, but J'Lee loves it, anyway these weird dudes ask the kids to push the rewind button and they well, rewind. That is what I need! Our lives have been a whirlwind. I apologize for the lack of blogging and I promise to do better. I say that as if I have lots of blog followers. Maybe if I actually updated on the awesomeness of my life, i would. Lol!
We had lots going on in the month of November and December. Lots of exciting things happend LIKE:
Hardin-Simmons gives you a ring when you graduate. YEYA!
Jaxon and J'Lee met Santa and LOVED him.
Jaxon grew hair.
J'Lee learned on her own about being sassy!
Jaxon is everywhere and getting into everything!
He has two teeth and starting to get top teeth.
All of my November was full of fun photoshoots...
J'Lee had a mysterious virus that caused her to have a 104 for 6 days straight! Every time she sneezed, nastiness would follow. It was gross. Everybody, including the doctor thought she had the flu, but it wasn't. Yep, for the first time we had to use the thermometer in a different place.
Jax made his first trip to the ER. He wasn't breathing right and we thought he had something lodged in the back of his throat. Well, it was croup. Wait it get's worse. After healing from that spell, 2 weeks later he ended up with a very severe case of croup and a double ear infection. Jax is a very happy baby and seeing him sick like this was awful. All I did for two weeks was hold him. We are glad he is back to normal!!!
Two days after taking Jax to the ER, I had to rush to the girl doctor b/c of severe pains in my back. There were several things that they thought were wrong but nothing came out positive. The weekend was fine but on Monday the pain was intense!!! My lovely co-workers drove me to the ER (one had to hold a bucket while i hurled my guts). It was a KIDNEY STONE!!! Worst pain in my life and I have given child birth twice with no medication and the pain was WORSE than that. No, we didn't get a picture of me unfortunately.
