Silly Randomness...

So everyday for the past week I have ended up crying over spilled millk. Not spilled milk actually but every time J'Lee gives me her huge ole grin or looks at me with her big brown eyes, I start to cry like a baby. J'Lee turns 11 months today which means she is about to turn one!!! Isn't it so sad that they grow up so fast...yes it's exciting to think about her first dance recital, and her first basketball game, prom, and other stuff, but really, can't they stay babies longer? Because my memory is horrible, I figured I could use this blog to also jot down the silly things that J'Lee does. Those are the things that are somtimes hard to remember, but when you think about that "thing" that she did, it just brings a smile to your face and a little sunshine to your day. Here is one silly randomness (however, i think she will be doing this for a while):

I have been trying to get J'Lee to understand what "no" means. That obvously is a hard concept for these babies :) I will take my finger and point it at her and say "J'Lee...No M'AM", she will look at me with her big brown eyes and continue with what she is doing. I will say it a second time and on this round, she will open her mouth wide open, tilt her head back and wait....Yep she is waiting for me to give her a kiss. Now the first few times, I wasnt cathing it, but after that I figured it out. Now how are you supposed to continue on with this method when everytime she does that you can't help but giggle at her. Serioulsy, every time I give her the "J'Lee, No M'AM" she is waiting for a kiss and won't close her mouth until you do so. It's even funnier when she does it to her daddy. It's time like these when you just want to throw your hands out and just hug her forever. They are so innocent and sweet.
